Welcome to NooXJACK! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NooXJACK bot and its features. By using this bot, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Use of the Bot

  • You must comply with Discord’s Terms of Service while using NooXJACK.
  • NooXJACK is designed for interactive games and entertainment. Do not use the bot for malicious activities or in violation of any laws.
  • The bot is provided "as-is," and we make no guarantees about its availability or functionality.

2. User Conduct

  • Misuse of the bot, such as exploiting vulnerabilities or overloading its resources, is strictly prohibited.
  • The bot may collect gameplay data for the purpose of improving user experience, as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

3. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to NooXJACK at any time for any reason without prior notice.

4. Changes to the Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the bot after changes signifies your acceptance of the new Terms.
