Welcome to DJ NooXRii! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DJ NooXRii bot and its features. By using this bot, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Use of the Bot

  • You must comply with Discord’s Terms of Service while using DJ NooXRii.
  • DJ NooXRii is a music bot and must not be used to distribute copyrighted content without proper authorization.
  • The bot is provided "as-is," and we make no guarantees about its availability or functionality.

2. User Conduct

  • You agree to use the bot only for lawful purposes.
  • Misuse of the bot, such as spamming commands or attempting to bypass its restrictions, is prohibited.
  • Any collected metadata, such as song requests, will be managed as described in the Privacy Policy.

3. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to DJ NooXRii at any time for any reason without prior notice.

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the bot after changes signifies your acceptance of the new Terms.
